"I graduated and received an academic award.  I was in the top 3 of my class GPA wise (a first for me). I also ended up deciding on a job which was a result of one of the online applications I sent for our weekly goals. Today is my 4th session with a personal trainer to get me to the gym - I did this because of the success I found during coaching by having days, times, and weekly goals. A trainer keeps me on schedule with days, times and appointments and I also have to answer to someone. So far it's been working great and it is definitely a result of things I learned in coaching.
